Summer Staff Compensation Program

Haluwasa provides attractive weekly financial compensation for all our summer staff members. Compensation for staff training week is included. Compensation amounts vary according to position. Details are available by calling Lorie at Haluwasa toll free @ 1 (877) 234-2267.

 

 

 

In addition to the weekly base compensation, a number of special bonuses are available:

  

1. Attendance Bonus
A Summer staff member who works for the entire camping season including scheduled training, does not miss a scheduled day, and leaves and arrives back at camp as per scheduled times will receive a $100 bonus at the end of summer.

2. Snack Shop Bonus
Each week a summer staff member works the entire week they will receive a $10 bank card applicable to purchases at the Haluwasa Snack Shop or Gift Shop. This bonus is a $60 value.


3. Staff Shirt Bonus
Each summer staff member will receive 2 Haluwasa Staff Tee Shirts and a “hoody” Sweat Shirt. This bonus is a $35 value.
